Do not expect people to understand a complex new idea in a single sitting. That is not how it works. All you can do is break the ice of skepticism and plant a tiny seed. If conditions are right, the seed will grow and many months or years later, come to fruit.

Strip changesets

If one strips a changeset that others have already pulled, it's likely to be pushed to the repository again unless every other contributor performs the strip locally.

In many cases, using hg backout to reverse bad changesets is a better option.
