View source for primary and secondary settings

We intend to update the documentation as soon as possible. The config.php contains only the basic (primary) settings from now on. 
You can also use the ((/Dev/Release/R5.0/ReleaseNotes new Admin panel)) to change the config settings although it's still in it's beta stage.
