View source for locked file

Hi I upgraded to R6.1.23 without issue, but wanted to mention creating a "locked" per the doc/UPGRADE instructions didn't work for me. When I browsed to the wackowiki site the installer ran as if the locked file wasn't present. Also, fwiw, it would be nice if the installer explicitly said it was doing an upgrade and the existing site wouldn't be modified. I presumed so since the fields were filled in from the old config.php file I copied, but the reassurance would still be nice. Great software! Thanks so much. Cheers.
