View source for The raw version works again

Now we have a working dummy for testing and evaluation. The code is still quite a mess. I added all open tasks to ToDo above.

For testing (even it is all still in German)
  * create both tables
  * copy the action in the action/ folder
  * copy the message sets to the language files, e.g. ##lang/custom.<lang>.php##
