PHPStorm does not have Russian spellcheck dictionary
workaround
Install aspell:
%% sudo apt-get install aspell aspell-ru %%
2. Generate Russian dictionary:
%% mkdir -p ~/.WebIde && aspell -l ru dump master | aspell -l ru expand | tr ' ' '\n' > ~/.WebIde/russian.dic %%
3. Configure PHPStorm.
Go to menu File -> Settings -> Editor -> Spelling.
On Dictionaries add a dictionary
%% ~/.WebIde/russian.dic. %%
In lower list appears: ([user] russian.dic).
4.Restart PHPStorm.
