| Description | There would be a single page called PageTemplates. Inside there you create new pages as children. These pages are the page content templates. Later when a user creates a new page they can pick from a content template drop down which will then auto-populate the page with the content from the template.
Say you want a H1 followed by a bullet list then a H3 and finally a paragraph of text. You wanted to have 50 pages that use that layour. As you create each page you could pick it from the template list to have those fields automatically added to the page. Helps keep content syles along the same lines. |
