| Description | WackoWiki currently uses MySQL as database engine. PostgreSQL should be the centre of development because Postgresql complies with BSD style coding guidelines and Copyfree policy. MySQL is an open source PRODUCT; PostgreSQL is an open source PROJECT. By adding support for postgresql, we may see another flexibility on supported options (And, needless to say, dependance on internally GPL'd corporate copyleft project affects the purity) copyfree.org | ||||
