It will install only the pages for the default language, all other languages will use these pages, localized.

You can test this by changing your account language or changing your browser language for guests.

Its now all Unicode, see notes in our ((/Dev/Release/R6.0/ChangeLog 6.0 change log)).
  * adds all base pages now for all languages only once 
  * see ##ConfigDefaults## array in setup/lang/installer.<lang>.php

However the categories you create and select for a page depend on the language set for a particular page.
