I am trying to format windows bat script that containt %% in the script.

and the result is very messy

How to fix bat script format?

If the content itself contains a double percent which gets falsly interpreted as Wiki syntax, you can circumvent this by using the alternate grave accents `` syntax as mentioned in the 6.1 change log.

is there any workaround for Wackowiki version: 6.0.25

You have to update to WackoWiki 6.0.37 to do that.
