This is due to the actual database server itself being maxed out. The error message states that itself "Too many connections". Read more about it here: http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.1/en/too-many-connections.html It's not a wacko issue. |

sure, but it meant to add a case to output a more userfriendly error message if debug is set to 0 for instance (shared hosting) |
