New installation, /Login results in 404 not found

I have my installation here

https://example.com/wiki/Login

Going to this URL results in 404 Not Found.

I'm using Apache httpd under RHEL 8.

I installed the new 6.1.25 and finally found the issue, the default .htaccess file somehow wasn't extracted or copied when I uploaded. I copied that in, and the links now work as expected.
