Регистрацию включил в настройках, но все равно на сайте пишет
Регистрация на данном сайте невозможна. Попробуйте связаться с администратором.

    It should have set allow_registration in the config table and clear the old config cache.

    However, it is possible that the old page cache is still displayed to unregistered users. Try to purge the page cache via the following action as admin:
    {{admincache}}

    Если вы разрешили регистрацию, как сказано выше, в параметре конфигурации allow_registration, то вероятно, что на стороне сайта застрял кэш конфигурации и/или страницы /Регистрация, также кэш веб-страницы мог застрять в вашем веб-браузере.

    Если кэш застрял на стороне сервера, то он будет отображаться всем незарегистрированным пользователям, если кэш застрял в вашем веб-браузере, то – только вам. Всё это можно исправить.

    Кэш на стороне сайта можно сбросить, если добавить на веб-страницу с ограниченным административным доступом экшен {{admincache}} и в появившемся элементе управления дать команду очистить кэш.
    Или можно вручную удалить файл кэша старой конфигурации на сервере в папке /_cache/config/ и файлы кэша веб-страниц в папке /_cache/page/

    Кэш на стороне веб-браузера можно удалить если нажать Ctrl+Shift+Delete и выбрать удаление временных файлов.


    If you have allowed registration as stated above in the allow_registration configuration parameter, then it is likely that the configuration and/or /Registration page cache is stuck on the site side, also the web page cache could be stuck in your web browser.

    If the cache is stuck on the server side, then it will be displayed to all unregistered users, if the cache is stuck in your web browser, then only to you. All this can be fixed.

    The cache on the site side can be reset by adding the {{admincache}} action to a web page with limited administrative access and in the control that appears, give the command to clear the cache.
    Or you can manually delete on the server the old configuration cache file in the /_cache/config/ folder and the page cache files in the /_cache/page/ folder.

    The cache on the web browser side can be deleted by pressing Ctrl+Shift+Delete and selecting to delete temporary files.
