did you a fresh install or an update guess till we don't have utf8 we run one way or the other into this trouble e.g. see /setup/database_mysql_update.php search for COLLATE or CHARACTER SET http://wackowiki.hg.sourceforge.net/hgweb/wackowiki/stable/file/tip/wacko/setup/database_mysql_updates.php I already removed this again from database_mysql.php - but will it work without ... |

btw. can you take also a look at the config setting "db_collation" => "0" this should affect the "ORDER BY" clause http://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.1/en/charset-charsets.html try it with charset for Russian instead of "0" |

Thank you very much. After full reinstalling with the new file database_mysql_updates.php from svn rev662 pages with Russian names are ordered as expected. |
