Summary	0000364: Default error 403 and 404 pages should be customisable as any other Wiki-pages
Description	There is a variety of situations where we need custom error pages. Here ars some of them, that I've noticed: 1. (OK) Error 404 if the user can write -> wacko offers the user to create the page. 2. (TODO) Error 404 if the user can't write -> wacko yet offers the user to create the page but then says "you have no rights...". This is wrong, because webspiders can crawl to non-existent pages. This should be done this way: Error 404 if the user can't write -> wacko shows default or user-defined 404 page. 3. (TODO) Error 403 if the user can't read the page -> wacko shows default or user-defined 403 page. Sometimes default error messages are not enough.

Elar9000 2011-06-29 21:58 manager ~0000800	Often we need to fix incoming link to non existent page or non existent file - not to loose link juice (as Google says) or usability. For this purpose we'll need handler 404 to allow group Admins to add custom redirects 301 for each non existent URI with GET parameters.
