1.1. Phases of Support lifecycle
| Type of support | Notes |

| Active support | A release that is being actively supported. Reported bugs and security issues are fixed and regular point releases are made. |
| Security fixes only | A release that is supported for critical security issues only. Releases are only made on an as-needed basis. |
| End of life | A release that is no longer supported. Users of this release should upgrade as soon as possible, as they may be exposed to unpatched security vulnerabilities. |

WackoWiki is supported by an active community, on a volunteer basis. Repairs/enhancements are made (or accepted) by project contributors on a best-effort basis, with no guarantees of either resolution or timeliness.

Extended legacy support
That means this maintainer has the requirered stack and environment to test and validate backported changes.
At a certain point, this is usually no longer possible for the core developers, as the test environment for this version and the time resources are simply not available.
